Puppy Buying Process

Step 1: Submit Your Information To begin the process of reserving your new puppy, please provide your full name, complete address, email address, and best contact number. This ensures smooth communication throughout the process.

Step 2:
“To secure your puppy, A, a $250 down payment is required to reserve your puppy and initiate the necessary paperwork and arrangements for delivery. For the deposit, we accept PayPal and credit cards. For other payment methods, please contact us directly. The remaining balance can be paid using other approved methods as agreed upon.”

Step 3: Final Payment • For U.S. and international clients, the remaining balance is to be paid via bank wire or international wire transfer. Full instructions will be provided through our “How to Pay” form. • For Canadian clients, PayPal is accepted for deposits only (up to $250), while the remaining amount must be sent via bank transfers or email transfers.

Step 4: Puppy Delivery Your puppy will not be shipped until full payment has been received. • You may also pay in person at the time of pickup. • Once the deposit is placed, clients have up to 72 hours to complete the remaining payment.

Step 5: Puppy Contract Each puppy comes with a signed contract between the buyer and seller. This contract outlines important terms and includes a comprehensive one-year health guarantee, ensuring both parties are protected and aligned.

Step 6: Puppy Guarantee Your puppy is covered under a one-year health guarantee against life-threatening congenital or hereditary defects. Further details regarding this guarantee are included in the purchase contract.

Step 7: What Your Puppy Comes With Each of our puppies is sent home with the following essentials to help them settle in: • Food • Blanket • Toy • Care package • All veterinarian documentation
